A new process, framed within the circular bioeconomy and synergistic with the current one, to obtain biogas from the recovery of olive oil waste and byproducts.

The OliBio research project focuses on scaling up the process developed by Smallops to a pilot scale for the production of biogas exclusively from olive pomace and vegetable water.
